About University of Antilles

University of Antilles founded by the conversion of the University of the French West Indies and Guiana that was established in 1982, the university is a Public Scientific Character, Cultural and Professional university. With more than 4000 students, the university promotes free expression, scientific, cultural and technical development through higher education. Growth and competitiveness of the local, regional and national economy, reduction of social or cultural inequalities in education sector, education incorporating current economic needs and their foreseeable development are the goals and mission of the university. The infrastructure accommodates over 25 research centers and 7 libraries to achieve the university’s vision and mission. The university offers programs in Arts, Letters and Languages, Law, Economics, Management, Humanities and Social Sciences, Science, Technology and Health, Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities.
