Flourishing since the establishment of the university in 1975, the FMPC functions with the mission to serve society by ensuring quality health care and education. This branch of the University offers courses in general medicine, pharmacy and trainings through the Center for Doctoral Studies in Health Sciences and offers Doctors of Science (PhD) in related medical fields and specialties such as biology, physiology, genetics, molecular pathology, immunopathology and neuroscience. With a subject dedicated staff of over 850 people and 24,000 total students with more than 5000 enrolled in FMPC, the University discipline aims for a healthy and knowledgeable community.
