• Open-access publication and archiving of accepted articles
• Editorial processing, copyediting, and DOI registration
• Academic indexing, dissemination, and long-term accessibility

3. Author Responsibilities

Authors submitting to JBRES agree that:

• The manuscript is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere simultaneously.
• All listed authors have made significant contributions and approved the final version.
• Data, figures, and references are accurate and ethically obtained.
• Any conflicts of interest and funding sources are fully disclosed.
• Research involving humans or animals complies with ethical standards and approvals.

4. Peer Review Policy

JBRES follows a double-blind peer review process. Editorial decisions are based solely on scientific merit, originality, clarity, and relevance to the journal’s scope. The journal reserves the right to accept, reject, or request revisions without obligation to provide acceptance guarantees.

5. Article Processing Charges (APC)

JBRES operates under a Gold Open Access model. APCs are applied only after manuscript acceptance and cover editorial handling, peer review management, copyediting, DOI registration, hosting, and archiving.

APC payments do not influence editorial decisions. Discounts, waivers, or scholarships may be granted based on funding availability, author eligibility, or institutional support.

6. Copyright & Licensing

Authors retain copyright of their published work. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) License, allowing unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction provided the original work is properly cited.

7. Manuscript Withdrawal & Retraction

• Manuscripts may be withdrawn before peer review with written notification.
• Post-acceptance withdrawals may incur administrative charges.
• Published articles may be retracted in cases of proven misconduct, plagiarism, or ethical violations.

8. Website Use & User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Misuse website content for unlawful or unethical purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or databases
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or misrepresentation

9. Limitation of Liability

JBRES shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of published content, website access interruptions, or third-party links. Opinions expressed in articles are solely those of the authors.
