⚖️
Fair Decisions
Editorial decisions are based on scope, quality, ethics, and peer review.
🌍
Open Access Impact

👤
Authorship & Contributor Responsibilities
Authorship must accurately reflect who contributed significantly to the conception, design, execution,
analysis, or writing of the work. All listed authors must:
- Approve the final version of the manuscript before submission and publication.
- Accept responsibility for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the work.
- Ensure the data and conclusions are presented honestly and without fabrication or manipulation.
Tip: Identify each author’s contribution clearly (e.g., methodology, analysis, writing, supervision).
This supports transparency and reduces disputes.
🙏
Acknowledgements & Support Disclosure
Any individual, institution, or organization that supported the work (technical help, proofreading,
funding support, lab access, statistical guidance, or other assistance) should be acknowledged in the
Acknowledgements section.
- List all funding sources and grant numbers (if applicable).
- Disclose editorial or writing assistance (if used).
- Include institutional permissions where required (e.g., hospital data access).
Any request to add, remove, or rearrange authors must be submitted by the corresponding author to the editorial office.
Requests must include:
- A written explanation for the change.
- Consent from all authors (current and proposed, where applicable).
- Completion of the journal’s authorship change request procedure (as instructed by the editorial office).
Note: Authorship changes are reviewed carefully to protect contributors and preserve publication integrity.
🔎
Editorial Screening & Peer Review Integrity
Editors verify whether the manuscript meets basic requirements such as journal scope, author guidelines,
ethical declarations, and formatting. Manuscripts proceed to peer review after initial checks are satisfied.
- All authors must approve submission and agree to publication policies.
- Editors may request clarifications or additional documents if needed (ethics approval, consent statements, etc.).
- Editors reserve the right to accept or reject manuscripts based on evaluation and review outcomes.
⚠️
Conflicts of Interest (COI)
To maintain transparency, all authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any actual or potential conflicts
of interest. Conflicts may include financial relationships, consultancies, patents, affiliations, or personal relationships.
- Authors must include a COI statement within the manuscript.
- Reviewers and editors must declare conflicts and recuse themselves when necessary.
- If no conflict exists, include a statement such as: “The authors declare no conflict of interest.”
🛡️
Confidentiality & Ethical Investigations
All submissions are treated as confidential. Access is limited to individuals involved in editorial processing:
editorial staff, assigned editors, reviewers, and corresponding author(s).
In case of suspected misconduct, the journal may share necessary information with relevant ethical bodies or committees
as part of a structured investigation.
Research Misconduct includes (but is not limited to): plagiarism, duplicate submission/publication,
data fabrication or falsification, unethical experimentation, manipulated images, or undisclosed conflicts.

established procedures for correction and record maintenance.
- Minor corrections may be published as an editorial correction notice when appropriate.
- Major corrections may require a revised version linked to the original article, with an explanation note.
- Retractions may occur if findings are unreliable due to misconduct or significant errors, aligned with ethical guidance.
