Our objective is to ensure that papers are published as quickly as possible, subject to adequate quality controls, and widely disseminated, regardless of the publishing model chosen by the author. If the author has opted to publish in an open-access format, the writers must pay a one-time Article Processing Fee (APC) to cover the costs of peer review administration and management, the technical development of PDF articles and other formats, and the distribution of published papers in different locations, in addition to other publishing functions.

Withdraw Policy:
Authors have the right to withdraw the manuscript after submission or during the peer review process. If the author wishes to withdraw the paper after the article has been accepted or has given a PDF or DOI number, the withdrawal fee must be paid (35 percent of the Original publication charges).
