This Special Issue of the Journal of Biomedical Research & Environmental Sciences (JBRES) invites high-quality submissions that strengthen the evidence base for regenerative medicine through genomics and stem cell innovation. We welcome work that advances stem cell sources & differentiation, integrates gene editing & genomics, and demonstrates translational & real-world potential across diverse diseases and tissue repair contexts.

Stem Cells & Regeneration
iPSCs, MSCs, embryonic/adult stem cells, tissue engineering, organoids, exosome therapeutics, cell replacement strategies.
Genomics & Gene Editing
CRISPR/Cas, single-cell sequencing, precision editing, disease modeling, genetic correction, multi-omics integration.

About this Special Issue

Regenerative research is strongest when it connects genomic insights with stem cell potential and practical outcomes. This Special Issue focuses on regeneration & genomics—from stem cell sources and gene editing to tissue/organ repair, disease modeling, and policy-relevant translation. We especially welcome submissions that report transparent methods, robust endpoints, and insights that can improve personalized therapies, equity, and long-term regenerative medicine.

Preference is given to studies with clear outcomes (tissue repair, functional recovery, safety profiles), robust analysis, and a concise “What this changes in practice” statement.
