Biography

Dr. Lu Zheng is research associate professor in State Key Laboratory of Soil and Sustainable Agriculture, Institute of Soil Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China. She received her PhD in Biochemical Engineering from Nanjing Tech University (2013).
Research areas of interest are the following: 1) The molecular mechanisms of wheat in response to nutrient deficiencies, particularly nitrogen and phosphorus. 2) The microbial community structure and function of the rhizosphere soil under soil nutrient deficiencies, and its interaction with plants. 3) The soil metaproteomics. 4) The mechanisms of the acid and aluminium tolerance in the red yeast from soil.
