Summary
Professional Experience:I performed about 8000 cardiac operations including the corrections of
GUCH. Extensive experience in coronary surgery both on pump and off-pump. All interventions are
perfomed wtih a minimally invasive approach when it is possible (J-upper ministernotomy, Heart Port
Acess; anterior mini-thoracotomy for aortic valve surgery; TAVI through trans-femoral and transapical
approaches) Extensive experience in mitral and aortic valve repair. I'm intersted in aortic root
surgery by remodelling or re-implantation technique and by CAVIAAR techniqueI'm also interested in
LVAD implantation and heart transplantation. Extensive experience in aortic arch surgery by Frozen
Elephant Trunk and Debranching techinques
