• Molecular nutrition and metabolism of protein and bioactive peptides in vitro or in vivo.


Publications

More than 120 papers published in various publications, in which 70 in SCI or EI journals, and fourteen authorized invention patents obtained as the first inventor.
In the field of platelet aggregation, my research team has published more than 10 articles and obtained 2 patents.
