This Special Issue of the Journal of Biomedical Research & Environmental Sciences (JBRES) invites high-quality submissions that strengthen the evidence base for geoscience in a changing world. We welcome work that advances earth observation & spatial analysis, clarifies system dynamics & climate processes, and demonstrates environmental & adaptation effectiveness across scales and regions.

About this Special Issue

Geoscience research is strongest when it connects spatial data with earth system understanding and actionable insights. This Special Issue focuses on geoscience for a changing planet—from remote sensing and GIS applications to climate dynamics, environmental monitoring, and adaptation evaluation. We especially welcome submissions that report transparent methods, robust geospatial endpoints, and insights that can improve resilience, sustainability, and planetary stewardship.

Preference is given to studies with clear outcomes (environmental indicators, change detection, adaptation metrics), robust analysis, and a concise “What this changes in practice” statement.
