Biography
Dr. Yang is a full professor of Southwest University (China). He obtained Ph.D. degree from Chinese Academy of Science in 2006, and after being an
associate professor for five years in Northeast Forestry University, he moved to Eindhoven University of Technology to continue the studies as a postdoc researcher. His research interests focus on interfacial adsorption & catalysis , environmental catalysis and biological interaction origin of life . He has co-authored 127 peer-reviewed papers (118 SCI cited, 5 cover stories )), 1 book and 8 book chapters, and been in charge of a number of projects such as Innovative Research Groups of Chongqing and National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has delivered speeches in many international and domestic conferences. He serves the editor for PLoS One, Colloid and Surface Science as well as the referee for more than 6 0 international journals e.g., Angew. Chemi. Int. Ed. 〠J. Colloid Interf. Sci. 〠Appl . Surf . Sci. 〠Environ . Sci.: Nano 〠J. Phys. Chem. C).
