Summary
I am currently working as Assistant Professor at the University of Ordu, in the Department of Seafood Processing Technology. My current research interest include seafood microbiology and technology, which are food borne pathogen, packaging, preservation techniques, biogenic amines, fatty acids and marine toxins. I have experience in determination of compounds such as biogenic amine, fatty acids, toxin, tocopherol, organic acids by using HPLC, GC and GC-MS instruments. I have many publications in the different Food Science Journals which have high impact factors. Beyond my successes as a researcher (including 50 published or in press papers in the international journals), I have also attended many international conferences as speaker. I play a role as reviewer in many Food Science journals.
