Cystic fibrosis is a not o common genetic disorder that affects the digestive system and predominantly lungs. The fluids generated by the body like mucus, sweat and digestive juices become thick due to this condition causing the plugging of certain tubes and ducts of the body. The symptoms of the cystic fibrosis include cough, repeated lung infections, inability to gain weight and fatty stools.
Health Services Research on cystic fibrosis can become a fundamental knowledge base for new methodology in treatment and diagnosis of this condition.
