The branch of biology dealing with the study of bryophytes is known as bryology. Bryophytes are plants that grow close together and do not have a vascular system, which makes them very similar to those first plants that grew on Earth millions of years ago. Thus bryology can be considered as the study of ancient plants, like mosses liverworts, and hornworts. Applications of this branch of study is found in ecology, horticulture, construction, household uses, medicine and even food and a newly emerging bryotechnology.
Best Published Papers in Bryology are compiles in international journals like Journal of Biomedical Research & Environmental Sciences. These journals are used as reference sources for advancing the scientific subject of bryology and inventing or discovering the applications of this subject for the benefit of the human population of the planet directly or indirectly.
