Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension is the build-up of blood pressure inside the skull without much reasons. The symptoms seem similar to a brain tumor; hence the diagnosis is important. Headache behind the eyes, ringing in the ears in time with the heartbeat and brief episodes of blindness are the most common symptoms of this condition. Though it is not life threatening in most cases, this medical condition can turn into a chronic condition that lasts lifelong.
Research Contributions on Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension aid in developing new techniques to diagnose and treat this condition as well as discover any new symptoms or distinguishing patterns of the medical condition. Journal of Biomedical Research & Environmental Sciences is an open access journal which is a compilation of the research articles on this condition accessible to a wide set of audience range.
