Nanolithography is the branch of nanotechnology dealing with fabrication of materials on nanoscale. For decades, this science has been used to fabricate integrated circuits, and creating patterns on nanoscale. Some important techniques that fall under nanolithography are Optical lithography, Electron-beam lithography, Scanning probe lithography and Nanoimprint lithography.
Engineering Publications in Nanolithography are comprised in the Journal of Biomedical Research & Environmental Sciences. The open access journal provides unrestricted access to professors, students, researchers and scientists. The quality content on Nanolithography available in the archives and current issues of the journal become the sources for discovery and inventions of new age technology in this science niche.
