Spermatogonia is the first stage of Spermatogenesis which is the process of producing the sperm cells in males. Spermatogonia, the plural for spermatogonium are the undifferentiated germ cells of the male androgynous i.e. the immature sperm cells that can divide into more Spermatogonia or spermatocytes.
These cells determine the fertility of the male, hence are an important area of research in terms of species advancement. Academic journals in Spermatogonia form an important aspect of this research.
