Anxiety disorder is a condition of extreme worry and fear so much so as to disrupt the daily lifestyle of an individual. Some behavioural conditions that fall under anxiety disorder are panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder. Current treatments of this mental health condition are counselling and medications such as anti-depressants.
