    Dr. Kasumov completed his Ph.D (protein chemistry) from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
    He worked in 1989-1997 years at the Institute of Plant Physiology of USSR/Russia Academy of Sciences on the problems of structure and function interplays of mitochondria.
    At present he is General Director of Research and Production Centre «KORVET».
    Publication: 85 papers published in Soviet/Russian national and international peer-reviewed journals.
    Patents: He has 2 Russian patents.

Moreover, the field of wastewater treatment with conventional and advanced technologies, advanced oxidation technologies, nano-ceramic materials for advanced application such as surface coating, reinforcement and conversion of CO2 to renewable fuel. In addition, I’m has experience in waste treatment/recycling and environmental pollution control, removal of bacteria and algae from fresh and marine.

    I graduated as a Biologist at the State University of Maranhão (2015). Master’s Degree in Parasitology at Federal University of Minas Gerais (2018), where I am currently a Ph.D. student. I am also Professor at the Federal Institute of Maranhão (2016). I have experience in Helminthology and Immunoparasitology, with emphasis on schistosomiasis mansoni, acting in the following research: wild reservoirs; immunopathology, morphometry and morphology of Schistosoma mansoni; host-parasite interaction in Biomphalaria spp. (changes in the immune response, biological and parasitological aspects); epidemiological study and morbidity markers in populations from endemic areas; survey of mollusc vectors; evaluation of plant extracts with biological actions on vectors and with potential in the treatment and prophylaxis of schistosomiasis.

He is currently a professor of Human Anatomy at the School of Physical Education and Sport at the University of São Paulo in Ribeirão Preto, and at UniMetrocamp Wyden.), Carries out teaching and research activities in the neuroanatomy and microsurgery laboratory at the Faculty of Medical Sciences of the State University from Campinas.     Dr. Ravinder Kumar, Ph.D. is currently working as a Senior Postdoctoral Research Associate in the
    Department of Biological Sciences at Rensselaer Polytechnic institute in Troy, New York, USA. The
    present work of Dr. Kumar involved the expression, characterization of viral-like particles (VLPs)
    for vaccine development. Before moving to Troy Dr. Kumar worked at the University of California
    San Diego and the University of California San Francisco where he developed a lipophagy assay
    in Pichia pastoris and developed a high throughput screening platform for screening
    environment chemicals for their reproductive toxicities using yeast respectively. Dr. Kumar holds
    a Master's and Ph.D. in biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Mumbai,
    India. Dr. Kumar has more than a decade of experience working on yeast (Saccharomyces
    cerevisiae and Pichia pastoris). My research interest includes the application of yeast both in
    basic science as well as applied or translational science. Dr. Kumar has published several research
    and review articles which are well-cited throughout the world. Presently Dr. Kumar is working on
    the expression of VLPs in Pichia pastoris and the development of simple yeast-based assays for
    screening of viral protease inhibitors.
