    China

Wang Jianfeng obtained his B.Sc. in Veterinary Medicine from Jilin University in 2010. He then did his Ph.D. with Prof. DENG Xuming in “Veterinary Pharmacology”. He is mainly engaged in the research on the anti-bacteria infection by Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as the mechanism of such effect. In recent years, he has found that TCM exists anti-infection against bacteria by targeting virulence factors (bacterial hemolysin, sortase and coagulase) and resistance enzymes (NDM and MCR). These findings partly revealed the mechanism of TCM against bacterial infection.
