    Tao is specialized in Analytical Chemistry and mass spectrometry with a strong emphasis on analytical method development and their application in molecule characterization, cancer research, immune response, and other biological processes. Research focuses vary from peptides, small drug compounds, carbohydrates, proteins to monoclonal antibodies. He has spent his career using mass spectrometry to develop high-sensitivity analytical methods and to characterize glycosylation in a variety of fields including medicine, pharmacy, cancer research,
    immunology, and protein & glycolipid structure-function relationships. Tao got his Ph.D. at the University of Groningen,
    The Netherlands, from 2012 to 2017. Since 2017, he joined Leiden University Medical Center as a postdoctoral researcher. He is an editorial board member of Cancer Research Journal. He is also a member of the CASSS community and NVMS. He has published more than 20 publications in peer-reviewed international academic journals and 2
    patents.

    Prof. Dr. Ricardo Hsieh is a doctor in Dental Surgery at School of Dentistry, the University of São Paulo, Brazil (2004) and first scientific research started during undergraduate education, followed the graduation education (Master and Ph.D. degree) at Department of Dermatology, School of Medicine, University of São Paulo (2012). Completed Post-doctoral program at Department of Pathology and Stomatology of School of Dentistry, University of São Paulo (2016), Brazil. In 2015, I was an Associate Research Scientist at the Department of Pathology, Yale School of Medicine developing multicenter collaboration research. All my research projects and subject have been involving photo-protected sites melanomas (mainly Oral mucosal and Acral lentiginous types); Fetal melanocytes and Salivary glands development; our research group had built a Primary Oral Mucosal Melanoma cell lines by cell culture; and others Dermatological and Stomatological diseases research studies (as Oral squamous cell carcinoma, mucoepidermoid carcinoma, and Oral Lupus). Currently, I am a Researcher at the Institute of Tropical Medicine, University of São Paulo, Brazil, and Professor of General Pathology at Federal University of Alfenas, Brazil. I have some research grants from the Brazilian Funding Agency (CNPq, FAPESP, and FUNADERM) and several awards from many international conferences. Currently, join as a member of Editorial and/or Reviewer Board from different international journals.

    Prof.Alexander Sirotkin is a known specialist in the biology of reproduction and a leader in studies of some ovarian signaling substances (small RNAs, transcription factors, protein kinases, metabolic hormones, growth factors a.o.) and factors regulating female reproduction (food, plant molecules, stress, environmental contaminants a.o.). He has got his RNDr. degree from the University of Leningrad (USSR), a Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Evolutionary Physiology and Biochemistry (Leningrad, USSR), and DrSc degree from the Research Institute of Animal Production (Nitra, Slovakia). He worked as Research Scientist, Senior Research Scientist, Head of the Laboratory and Project Leader in the Research Institute of Animal Breeding and Genetics (Leningrad-Pushkin, USSR), International Laboratory for Biotechnology (Nitra, Czechoslovakia), Research Institute of Animal Production/Animal Production Research Centre (Nitra, Slovakia) and Constantine the Philosopher University (Nitra, Slovakia). He had fellowships in Institute of Physiology and Genetics (Libechov, Czechoslovakia), Institute of Experimental Endocrinology (Bratislava, Slovakia), Research Centre of Animal Production (Dummerstorf, Germany), Institute for Animal Science and Animal Behaviour (Celle, Germany), Institute of Animal Science (Mariensee, Germany), University of Colonia (Colonia, Germany), Babraham Institute (Babraham, UK), University of Bristol (Bristol, UK), University of Nottingham (Sutton Bonington, UK) and other international research centers. His teaching activities included lectures in more than 10 universities and research centers, as well as the supervision of more than 60 undergraduate and Ph.D. student works. Actually, he has more than 650 publications, mainly in international biomedical journals and several books including the recent monograph “Regulators of Ovarian Functions” (NY, USA, 2014), whose have more than 2500 citations. For the results obtained during his basic and applied studies and related publications in the area of biology and endocrinology of reproduction, he was nominated to more than 10 national and international awards.

    Dr. Jian-Hui Xiao is a professor of Stem Cell & Medicinal Biotechnology, the Chief of Guizhou Provincial Center for Translational Medicine, and the Head of S&T Division at Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University, PRC. He is selected as a candidate for the “National Ten Thousand Talents Program” and “National Young and Middle-aged Leading Talents in S&T Innovation, PRC”. He also serves as an Associate Editor of Biotechnology and Applied Biochemistry (IUBMB & Wiley). He received his Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology, P.R. China. His main research interests are in the field of stem cells, bioactive evaluation, and the application of natural products.

    Xiaobin Zeng is a Research Professor in the Shenzhen People’s Hospital (The Second Clinical Medical College, Jinan University; the First Affiliated Hospital, Southern University of Science and Technology) and Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Regional Immunity and Diseases, Shenzhen, China. Xiaobin Zeng received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from Wuhan University, and also holds a M.D. and M.S. in Microbiology and Biochemical Pharmacy. Dr. Zeng’s research program is focused on Chinese Herbs, cancer, the occurrence and development mechanism of cancer, the effects of functional foods/nutraceuticals on cancer, and bioactive compounds in natural products and herbal remedies for cancer. He has published over 70 scientific papers in Advanced Science, Nature Communications, EMBO Molecular Medicine, Cancer and Metastasis Reviews, Pharmacological Research, Food and Chemical Toxicology, Biochemical Pharmacology, Bioorganic Chemistry, Phytomedicine, Industrial Crops and Products and other journals. He has also applied 25 patents in China, included 1 National Utility Model Patent and 24 patents for inventions and 8 patents have already been authorized.

    Research Focus

    Dr. Zeng’s research program has focused on is focused on Chinese Herbs, cancer, the occurrence and development mechanism of cancer, the effects of functional foods/nutraceuticals on cancer, and bioactive compounds in natural products and herbal remedies for cancer. Specific interests include: 1) the occurrence and development mechanism of cancer; 2) health benefits of phytochemicals and their derivatives in Traditional Chinese Herbs with food and medicine homology; 3) Functional foods for disease prevention and health promotion targeted at cancers, autoimmune diseases, and inflammatory diseases; and 4) natural products and herbal formulations for cancer.
