Biography

Biography:Graduated in Nutrition from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2008), Master in Nutrition from the Federal University of Pernambuco (2011) and PhD in Food Science and Technology from the Federal University of Pará (2019). She is currently coordinator of the nutrition laboratory 2 at the University of Pernambuco, coordinator of mandatory curricular internship for the nutrition course, member of the complementary academic activities committee at the University of Pernambuco, member of the structuring teaching group of the Nutrition collegiate and adjunct professor at the University of Pernambuco Pernambuco. Conducts research in the field of Nutrition, with an emphasis on food quality control, food technology and conservation, biotechnology, food microbiology, good food manufacturing and handling practices, administration of food services, gastronomy and nutritional education.
