CrossMark Policy
JBRES uses CrossMark to keep readers informed of corrections, updates, and retractions.
What Is CrossMark?
CrossMark is a CrossRef service that lets readers verify whether a published article is current and whether corrections or retractions have been issued since publication.
How It Works on JBRES
The CrossMark button on each article reveals the article's current status, any corrections or retractions, the DOI, and CrossRef-registered metadata.
When We Update CrossMark Records
- A correction or erratum is published
- An expression of concern is issued
- An article is retracted
JBRES commits to maintaining accurate CrossMark records for all published articles in perpetuity.
