Dr. Igor M. Ignatyev is Chief
of the



Department of Vascular Surgery, Interregional Clinical and Diagnostic Center, Russian State Medical University, Russia.He regularly attended and participated with scientific
reports in Russian National Cardiovascular Congresses (1991-2016),
scientific-practical conferences of the Russian Phlebologists’ Association
(1998-2016).
