Biography

Professional Experience:I performed about 8000 cardiac operations including the corrections ofGUCH. Extensive experience in coronary surgery both on pump and off-pump. All interventions areperfomed wtih a minimally invasive approach when it is possible (J-upper ministernotomy, Heart PortAcess; anterior mini-thoracotomy for aortic valve surgery; TAVI through trans-femoral and transapicalapproaches) Extensive experience in mitral and aortic valve repair. I'm intersted in aortic rootsurgery by remodelling or re-implantation technique and by CAVIAAR techniqueI'm also interested inLVAD implantation and heart transplantation. Extensive experience in aortic arch surgery by FrozenElephant Trunk and Debranching techinques
