Password Security

• Use a strong, unique password. At least 10 characters mixing uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Never reuse passwords across sites.
• Reset links expire in 1 hour. If your link has expired, simply request a new one.
• Passwords are stored securely. All passwords use bcrypt hashing — plain text is never stored or transmitted.
• Never share your credentials. JBRES staff will never ask for your password. Report any such request immediately.
