Biography

Dr. Wang has been studying the vascular contributions to cognitive impairment, especially superimposed to diabetes and hypertension. Dr. Wang's current research interest is about the role of endothelial cells in solid organ transplant rejection and the immune mechanisms involved, as well as the
role of smooth muscle cells in the pathogenesis of aortic aneurysm. Dr. Wang holds a Ph.D. degree in Pharmacology and is a postdoctoral associate at Yale University.
